Mia's room

It’s a pretty big house in a community called Taylor Glenn. Neighborhood has community pool and gym. There is a big backyard and covered patio, washer/dryer. The room is a little small but has a small closet and is the only room on the first floor. Rent is $550 and utilities are usually $120ish.

Currently two girls and one guy, all in our early twenties. We would like someone who is neat and will keep up with cleaning shared areas.
