Most of the house is already furnished, as we’ve been living together for a few months. House has a full kitchen with a large pantry, island counter and access to laundry room, including full washer and dryer. Two large living/family rooms with enough space to host a desk or office space, and a large back yard (not fenced in) sitting on just over an acre of land (1.06 acres) with a back deck and plenty of space for gardening.

Located 7 minutes from downtown Gig Harbor, this home is in a quiet, tranquil neighborhood near the water and the forest, giving it a very peaceful vibe, with a partial view of the Olympic mountains. The neighbors are very friendly and the neighborhood is super safe and clean. If you want access to a beach, it’s only about a 15 minute walk, less than 2 minute drive and very close to a public boat launch if you enjoy paddle boarding!

If you’re in the medical field looking for a quiet lodging, we’re close to St. Anthony hospital. Tacoma hospitals are about 20 minutes away.

Lease would start at 3 months to see how we all mesh together, first month would be prorated. Must pass background checks, have a valid government ID and either have a credit score of 650+or provide 1 year history of on-time rent payments. Will also need to provide 3 months of consecutive pay stubs for proof of current employment and 3 references including names and contact information. No more pets please, as we are at capacity. The 3 current residents are ages 19-22 and are all LGBTQ+ so must be LGBTQ+ friendly. We enjoy video gaming, board games, having friends over for gatherings, gardening, reading, and art. We have 3 pets (2 cats, 1 large dog), so must be pet friendly. We are cannabis friendly, provided that you smoke outside. We all share the common areas and are happy to provide space for more decor.
