They are all available for you to use if you need it. ~ This has a private entry (locking sliding glass door).
~ ~~IT IS YOUR OWN PRIVATE LIVING SPACE ~~~ ~ Deposit is $2,500.00, partially furnished & can be made in 2 payments. Moving in cost $2,750.00 and balance of $1,250.00 can be made the next month. ~ Cat or small quiet dog friendly with a $50.00 per pet, per month pet rent. ~ Inside unit electric is payable to me (cable & Wi-Fi is not provided). ~ Outside utilities are on a ratio billing system and payable to the landlord.
