(PICTURES OF ROOM COMING SOON!) Hello there! I am subleasing my room in a townhome with The Outpost starting February 12th and ending July 31st! There is also a possibility to renew. The room does not come furnished, however, the rest of the apartment does have furniture. Rent is $717 plus utilities, which is usually around $70, making rent total about $800! A massive kitchen to cook in, a wonderful full-sized living space with a tv, and an in-unit washer and dryer. This room has a shared patio as well! The outpost also provides a free shuttle to and from CSU for easy student access to classes, a fully serviced pool, a workout room, and a movie room. There is currently a very sweet cat living here, and pets are allowed (with a pet deposit per leasing contract!). Please reach out with any questions.
There are currently three roommates living with me, all female and very sweet and clean. There are three bedrooms upstairs and one downstairs, the one I am subleasing is upstairs. All three have jobs, and two are still students and aren’t home a lot during the day. The other works night shifts.
