I am moving for a job opportunity and looking for someone to take over my 6 month lease in a 3x3 unit with the option to resign. You will share an apartment with two other females and have your own private bathroom, in-unit washer/dryer, furnished living room, and internet and cable included in the monthly rent. Must be ok with cats.
January is already paid for, and Iām offering a $150 incentive if you sign by January 12! Not to mention my rate is locked in at $726, representing a savings of $25 a month versus signing a brand new lease!
