MUST BE OKAY WITH MY CAT Currently renting the upper 2bd 1ba of a modest house in Brick, not quite a duplex but the downstairs basement is unoccupied and serves as a crash pad for just a few days out of the summer for landlords grandkids and is separated from our space. My part of the house included the aformentioned 2bd 1ba, a sizable bathroom (no bathtub, glass walk-in), a couple closets, living & dining areas, a kitchen, washer & dryer, and a finished attic for additional storage. Mostly furnished outside of for now your spare room though there is a desk in there you’re welcome to keep, room is a respectavle size and has a door closet. Rent is $1600 +$200 - $300 in utilities and internet costs so in the low use months we will actually save $50 - $60 bucks each on bills than I listed for. Move in date is flexible, I can do sooner if you seem like a genuinely good fit.

I leave for work around 630AM and don’t get home until between 5 - 7pm M-F and often work some hours on the weekends in between errands but I’m easy to get along with in the hours I am home. I generally do some form of meal prep and would be happy to offer you some lunches and dinners (absolutely will give you half the fridge & freezer space if you also cook or otherwise use them frequently!). I’m easy going and 4/20 friendly but ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING FLOWER INSIDE the residence, Landlord was very specific and I don’t want to lose this lease. What you do in your car or on the porch is your business! Last but not least I have a small orange cat named Leo, he is the only animal allowed at the residence unfortunately but he’s a good little dude you’ll love him.
