My name is Meredith. The furnished room in my townhouse will be available 05/01/2023

My place is located in San Jose close to hwy 85 and hwy 87. Off of Blossom Hill Road. Very close to Oakridge Mall. It’s also very close to SJSU, Evergreen and De Anza College (With a reverse traffic commute). Also walking from VTA light rail.

It’s a really cool spot! I’m charging $1100 total cost per month. This includes: free in building laundry, internet, utilities and designated parking spot. The room is furnished and you will have kitchen access. I’m only asking for an $1100 deposit/first month’s rent to move in!

The pricing is low because I’m looking for the right person. The town house is in a very safe neighborhood and is close to pretty much anything you need in the Silicon Valley.
