I will be moving out Feb 16th so you can move in anytime after that! Rent due March 1st! I live in a 2 story house with a basement 2100sq ft. in Lehi right next to Thanksgiving Point Megaplex! I am moving out with my girlfriend and need someone to take over my lease! I pay $800 a month plus internet $28 and utilities which is around ($50-80) a month. searching for someone to take my huge master bedroom(11.5x13.5) with connected private bathroom(11x6) with its own closet also. There is also a spare room not being used so you can make that into an office/ game room or use it for storage! you also get garage parking for one car and storage in the garage also. The yard is maintained by tenets. I have 2 male roommates, both incredible guys and they would like someone male or female around their age of 26 and 31. There are 2 cats that free roam the house another pet is ok as long as it gets along with cats. The lease ends November 12th 2023 and you can talk with the roommates to see if they want to sign on for longer! –Since you will be getting on the lease you will need to get your income verified and a background check by American Homes 4 Rent (Property management) If you have any questions or want to come see the place please message me!

Cameron Is the roommate in the basement and he big into playing video games, loves to try new things and overall a really nice and understanding guy. Jeremie is the up stairs roommate and is a really nice guy that likes to make music and work out and is very respectful.
