Katie's room

It is a 3 bed 2 bath new build home. The room is furnished with a queen bed, a foldable desk, a chest of drawers, and decent sized closet. The bathroom is right next to the room so easy access. Parking is on the street or in the driveway. The neighborhood is quiet and some of the neighbors outside the neighborhood include horses, cows, and chickens. The house has easy access to state highway 21 and I35. Its 15 minutes from San Marcos and about 30 minutes from Austin.

I am a 28 year old school based social worker and work full time. I like to hike and explore the wonderful outdoorsy areas of Texas. I have a dog named Bonnie and cats named Arya and Beaux.
