Looking for 1 person to rent a room in my house. It is 4bed/2 bath unit and the lease will be on a month to month however longer-term people are preferred.
The apartment is located just outside of University City (near 46th street stop on the MFL) and is within walking distance to University of Penn, Drexel, and University of the Sciences. It also has great public transit connectivity, and several grocery options.
It includes a shared kitchen and living space, in-unit washer and dryer, and a first floor porch.
Requirements
-Rent is $650 a month + utilities -Vaccinated -No couples -Background and credit check required. No collections, judgements or evictions. -Must make 3x rent in verifiable income, guarantors make 60x rent -Must get renters insurance -Security and first months due on signing ($1300 total) -Looking to move in within 30 days
About the roomies
Current roommates are in their early 30’s 1 male and 2 women. All ages and genders are welcome. Preferred roommates are people who are covid-conscious, clean and know how to live with others. Pets are welcome on a case by case basis with no extra charges. There is currently a dog here now. He is a pit bull mix, very sweet and friendly.
