I am a single, educated, professional, gay male living in a 3 bedroom home in an upscale neighborhood near Snow Canyon. The community has three swimming pools, two hot tubs, and a workout facility. I’m looking to rent out a furnished bedroom and share the rest of the house to the right person. Preferably gay or at least gay friendly. Rent is $850 a month which includes utilities, high speed fiber internet and wi-fi. First and last months rent required and $500 security deposit required to move in. You must have a job or be a full time student, be neat and clean, and willing to help keep the house clean. No smoking, vaping, drugs, couples or pets.

I’m a very kick back kind of guy. Pretty much keep to myself. I enjoy ANYTHING outdoors, cooking, movies, travel. I do have a dog that stays mostly outside.
