Kimberly's room

Centrally located to downtown Denver just minutes away from hospitals. Great space for traveling nurses. Front yard with garden and seating area, large backyard with hot tub and outdoor kitchen. Room with tv, small desk it needed, and dresser. Bathroom will be private as well unless I have visiting guests which is only a couple of times per year.

I live alone with two pets, one small Irish doodle Zoe and a cat named Henry. Looking for someone that can keep their space cleaned, community spaces tidy and be overall respectful of my home. I split my time between Denver and LA.
