Single family home with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, currently looking to rent out 1.5 bedrooms. The half bedroom is a guest bedroom with a small day bed in it, the rest of the room can be used for an office or for anything that doesn’t fit in the bedroom. There’s a bathroom right next to the bedrooms with combo shower/tub. Free use of common areas just be respectful of the space please.

I have two dogs that are very friendly, heads up one is a very large Great Dane. I work as a Paramedic for Austin and am also a student, I’m pretty chill and quiet. My schedule is pretty busy between work and school so when I’m home I like to relax. I don’t have parties and rarely have visitors at home other than my boyfriend.
