Hi there! I have a room available for sublet in my lovely 2-bedroom Washington Heights apartment. The space is small but mighty; ground floor makes move-in easy, spacious kitchen with a ton of cabinet space, great wood floors, and a perfect location. The room itself is available with some select furniture or available unfurnished depending on your preference. It comfortably fits a queen bed and has a nice closet and large window.

If you’re not familiar with the neighborhood, prepare to be impressed and surprised. There are great restaurants and bars a block away on 181, gorgeous Fort Tryon park, the A train steps away and the 1 close by. Tons of arts and musicians in the neighbor and a relaxed, residential vibe.

Security deposit and first month’s rent. Available for move-in on February 1, 2023. I’m prioritizing anyone looking to commit to a year. The subleter will pay rent and utilities (electricity and Internet) directly to me via Venmo. No pets, and smoke free preferred.

I tend to be pretty quiet when I’m at home in order to recharge and rest. I’m looking for a roommate who is a like-minded and responsible young professional.
