Greetings Roomies! I’m renting out a large spare bedroom in a duplex in the Summer Creek neighborhood off of South Hulen. It is 1 mile from the toll-road, Walmart Neighborhood Market, pharmacies and shopping. Perfect for a Harris Southwest medical professional. The bedrooms are on opposite sides of the house from each other. Walk-in closet. I enter and exit via my garage leaving the front entrance open for you exclusively. Included in your hallway, between front door and bedroom, is your private bath with a moon roof. The living room is available and furnished. Same with the kitchen. Hardwood and tile throughout. No carpet. HVAC and ceiling fans. All bills included. Looking for someone respectful, dependable and kind.

I love what I do and the Dr. I work for. Bringing smiles to our patients is a personal daily goal. The duplex is a mile from the practice. Makes for a fast commute and minimal gas usage. Warning: I have PTSD. Anger and loud noises are not allowed in my home. Please only consider if you are a good-natured person.
