Mountian lake house in a gated community with large private furnished bedroom and bath available for long term lease (12 month minimum lease). Looking for mature single FEMALE roommate ONLY. Single occupant only. We are a professional active semi-retired couple and are gone in the winter months; therefore you will have house to yourself half of the year. 2nd floor private large bedroom with queen size bed, walk-in closets, a private bath with separate shower and soaking tub. Shared kitchen, laundry and living-room on main floor and den in the basement. Outdoor living area with spa and outdoor kitchen. High speed internet. Community neighborhood pool and hiking trails. Utilities included in rent. Approximately 6 miles from Ellijay.

You would also have the opportunity to spend vacation time at our pool home in Florida. Our winter home is located in the largest retirement community in the world. You would have free golf at over 60 different golf ranges, pickle ball, tennis and over 110 activity centers to enjoy activities.

We will allow a small hypoallergenic dog (under 20 pounds) but must be house-trained, well behaved and be able to get along with our small dog.
