Mountian lake house in a gated community with large private bedroom and bath available for long term lease (12 month minimum lease). Looking for mature single FEMALE roommate ONLY. Single occupant only.

We are a professional active semi-retired couple and travel a lot during the year, often leaving for several months at a time. We are an active professional semi-retired couple (mid 50’s & 60’s). We also have a home in Florida, which may be opportunity for the right female roommate to stay at when we are not there. We do our very best to keep a very clean home , we are non-smokers, and maintain a very healthy diet so we do a lot of cooking at home. We also enjoy an occasional cocktail. We have a small hypoallergenic, non-shedding, dog.

You would have a very large 2nd floor bedroom that has a queen size bed and 3 walk-in closets. One of the walk-in closets is large enough to have a small office or dressing room. You would have a private bathroom with separate shower and soaking tub. Shared kitchen, laundry and living-room on main floor and den in the basement. Outdoor living area with spa and outdoor kitchen. High speed internet. Community neighborhood pool and hiking trails. Utilities included in rent. Approximately 6 miles from Ellijay.

We will allow a small hypoallergenic dog (under 20 pounds) but must be house-trained, well behaved and be able to get along with our small dog hypoallergenic dog.

FEMALE ONLY, we will not respond to any male. Looking for a mature single mature professional/retired female.
Must have a car. Require credit and background check with proof of income of 3x the rent.
Non-smoker. No drugs. No parties. No drama. Responsible. Must be able to clean up after yourself and keep things clean and neat. No visitors without written approval from owners.

We are a married professional semi-retired couple. We enjoy the outdoor activities, sailing, traveling, DIY projects, and at the end of the day a cocktail on the porch.
