Pets: Pet fee is 25$ (each) down and 10$ (each) a month, the 25$ down will be due by move in date.

-No puppy’s or kitten’s allowed All animals have to be potty trained, all animals will need to be human/animal friendly and Have all current shots up to date.

Application process:

• we can set up at date for you to do a tour of the house, if you decide that you want to continue. we can start the application process and I can answer any questions you may have

• There is a $30 fee for application/background check I will need your ID, SS, proof of income (bank statements or pay stubs from last 3 months) and 2 recommendations from past housing. company number only. (Your last Apartments or other landlords. The last place you paid rent)

Once that is cleared and approved I’ll give you an application, once that’s filled out.

• All I’ll need is your first month and security deposit on your move-in date.
