Townhome complex comes with access to 2 on site pools, 2 laundromats, and workout rooms/recreation spaces. Parking is free and in a safe community and near a quiet street.

Located half mile from the 101 and bus stops. 5 minute drive from from Old Town Camarillo and Camarillo Premium Outlets, 15 minutes from CSUCI, and 20 minutes from the the beach.

This apartment comes with full house privileges, overnight guests allowed, pets welcome, and is 420 and alcohol friendly. We follow a chore chart to keep our common spaces clean but also know a home is meant to be lived in. Future roomate’s must be LGBTQ+ friendly.

No deposit, only a $100 application fee when applying to the complex. Utilities, including wi-fi, average ~$100 every month.

Both roomies are incredibly sweet and welcoming people. Both work full time; one is a student and one just graduated. Busy schedules keep the house pretty quiet day-to-day but it’s been sweet setting aside time to have a roommate day/night or holiday get together with friends.
