5 minute drive/15 minute walk from piece college. It’s a 4 bedrooms, but 2 up for rent. The 3 bedrooms share 1 bathroom. A good sized kitchen, huge living room and dining room areas. Sizable backyard with a pool :) The driveway can comfortably fit 3 cars but there is plenty of street parking. House is in a cul-de-sac, real cute and with neighbors who mind their own business. $1000 per room, if you have a friend that you want to room with (in one bedroom) to split the rent, that is more than fine, it would just add $200 to the total rent making it $1200, just let me know :)
