About the room
A spacious room with a separate entrance and an ensuite bathroom is available in our house located in Hoffman Heights.
We are seeking someone interested in a month-to-month lease starting at least two months.
The house is furnished, and you will share common areas such as the kitchen, dining/living room, laundry, and yard with five coed roommates. There is plenty of street parking available if you have a car.
All utilities, including water, electricity, trash, and internet, are included in the rent. However, please note that pets and smoking are not allowed in the house.
The house’s location is ideal, as it is only an 8-minute drive to Stanley Marketplace, 5 minutes to Anschutz Medical Campus, a 15-minute to downtown Denver, and 25 minutes to DIA.
