Wimberly Square

About the apartment: The apartment is privately owned but under a management company. It has a full sized kitchen with an in unit washer/dryer and a big balcony. The appliances are pretty dated but everything is in good working condition. We will be on the 2nd floor. I am unsure about the square footage but it’s a decent size. The neighborhood is super safe and we’re around a mile away from literally everything: Costco, Trader Joe’s, Ralph’s, etc. Also super close to the 56 and 15. Please no pets or drugs. Also I will be taking the assigned parking spot but there is plenty of street parking as last year I was parking on the street and had no problem finding spots. As per previous agreement with my last roommate, the person with assigned parking will pay around $20 more so in total you’ll pay $40 less. Please be aware the rent is not guaranteed as currently it’s around $1150 per person but I have the feeling they’ll raise it a little bit. But due to Cali law hopefully it won’t be too much higher. The rent only includes water so we have to pay gas, electricity, + wi-fi but it doesn’t add up to too much. Also sorry I’m terrible at taking pictures but if we click you can come see it in person. About the room: You’ll have your own private room and your own bathroom! There’s lots of closet space that are also full body mirrors and tons of light. It will be unfurnished but I was told we’re allowed to nail things in the wall as long as the holes get filled in the end. It will be my old room as I will take the one in the back. The only flaw is you’ll be closer to the front door and stairs so if someone comes in you may hear the door noises. The last couple of photos will be the room available (it’s currently mine right now).

So it will just be me. I am female, 26, a college graduate, and currently work from home full time. (My setup will be in my bedroom so don’t worry I won’t disturb you.) I’m not messy but am not a neat freak either so you can breathe easy. You can say I am a bit of a homebody cause I do spend a ton of time in my room since I like to play video games. I prefer to get to know my roommate and hopefully become friends as I really don’t like sharing a home with a stranger. Also I am LGBTQ+ friendly and politically lean left. It’s a no for me if you are right wing, support Trump, or into/have guns. I will also not be bringing back “partners” since I have come out as Ace but I am ok if you do occasionally, just please let me know before hand lol. I do not like/start drama and would much rather sit and communicate clearly if I ever have issues with people and I’d prefer a roommate who also takes that approach with disagreements. Please know I do love to drink wine and I do vape (nicotine) so if that’s a deal breaker I understand. Also unfortunately I’m not comfortable living with men, anyone who is still in undergrad, aged under/around 21 and much prefer mid 20s - 30s.
