The house is a 3 bedroom/1.5 bath. The master has a half bath, so we only have to share the shower in your bathroom. There is lots of storage above the sink that is all yours in your bathroom. Backyard is fenced with firepit, gazebo, outdoor table and seating, as well as outdoor couch. I have an above ground pool, I do not maintain the chemicals during winter months. Come spring though it is swimmable!

Born and raised in St. Pete FL, I own my home and am looking to rent my spacious second bedroom. I have had two roommates previously, the first was for 4yrs and she is still one of my closest friends. The second was for just under a year. I am very respectful and considerate of your space. I do not make a lot of noise, my animals are well behaved and very affectionate. I have 2 small dogs and an indoor cat. :) I am very family oriented and love exploring new restaurants, coffee shops, and breweries/bars. I would love to take you to my favorite places if you are new to town!
