About the room
2 bedroom 2 bathroom place blocks from the beach in Playa Del Rey. I have to move for work and the existing tenant is a 27 year old male who works in real estate (very respectful). We have the apartment until the end of march 2023 on the initial lease but can renew if you and existing roommate get along.
1 bedroom and 1 bathroom up for grabs @ $1750/month for Feb and March to start then can renew if interested for a year 6 months etc. The price includes all utilities except internet which is roughly $30/month.
Details: Apartments has central AC and heating, massive living and dining areas and a very large outdoor patio (roughly 300 sf). Overall the apartment is close to 1200 sf. Its in a guarded community has a tandem parking space included. There is an elevator in the building.
Other community amenities include: pool, 2 jacoozis, tennis courts, pickle ball courts, a small gym with two saunas (male/female). In unit washer and dryer.
