Hi! The house is a Large, peaceful, Clean House in a great neighborhood in Thousand Oaks. It is a 4 bedroom house and the bathroom for this room would be shared with one other roommate. The lease includes utilities, hi-speed wifi, laundry room and of course full house and kitchen privileges, including use of the fridge, dishes, silverware, pots and pans, utensils, and tupperware. Walking distance to a shopping center with tons of stores to chose from, plenty of parking in front of the house and an amazing park down the street with hiking trails! I have two almost identical rooms for rent and both are right next to the shared bathroom. Month to month is available!

Right now it is just me living in master bedroom of the house with my cat Hennessy, and he spends the majority of his day in my room looking out the window and will not go into your room unless you bring him in! I am a 23 year old aerospace engineer who works locally over in moorpark.
