Available immediately. Wanted professional, quiet roommate who works outside of the home to share house. You get two bedrooms (approximately 9’ by 10’ and 10’ by 10’) with small closets in each. Each room has a ceiling fan. House is completely furnished with the exception of the bedrooms. One bedroom could be furnished with full bed, six drawer dresser, desk, and nightstand. Hallway bathroom is yours and not shared; however, washer and dryer are in the bathroom and they are shared. House includes a yard. Must like dogs because other roommate has a large dog. Lease is for six (6) months with all bills paid. Yard maintenance costs to be shared. Roommate is to be nonsmoker and drug free. Background check and credit check will be run. House is three blocks from UTD main entrance.

Professional - works at home two days a week. In a relationship. Quiet and clean. Occasional drinker. Nonsmoker and no drugs. Cooks at home some. Rest of house is fully furnished.
