Hi there! My beautiful 2bd/ 2 ba apartment is fully furnished and I’m renting the guest bedroom/ bathroom as shown. Located in Sandy Springs, close enough to Downtown Atlanta but without all the craziness, it’s a little city/ suburban vibe. Rental Requirments: Background check, employment verification, roommate/rental agreement, & $600 (refundable) security deposit required, $1,200/ mo (bills included). It should also be noted that my current lease is up at the end of November 2023 and I don’t intend to renew. The Sandy Springs Area: Easy access to 400 and I-285. Several supermarkets and shops are nearby, most under 3 miles away. Perimeter mall is a short 5 - 10 min drive. The Mercedes Benz HQ is less than a 5 min drive. Both MARTA rail stops, Sandy Springs & North Springs are an 8 min drive. The Complex Amenities: Gated community, free parking, pool, grilling & lounge area, tennis court, gym, business center, garden, outdoor fireplace, recycling, and valet trash. The Apartment: A fully furnished walk-in level unit. Full & private bathroom across the hall. The bedroom is 132 ft² with a window, double closets, floor lamp, side table, table lamp, and a King bed. Alternatively, this room is also available as unfurnished. Shared patio, kitchen, breakfast bar, dining, & living area. Washer & Dryer in unit. Central AC/Heating. Gas, Electric, Water, Sewer, Trash, Pest, & High-speed Internet included.

Looking For: A professional roommate to rent my 2nd bedroom, female preferred but open to the LGBTQ+ community. No smokers, pets, children, or couples. About Me: I’m a Customer Service/ Admin professional in my mid-30s. I’m pretty chill, humorous, and open-minded. I enjoy socializing, trying new things, and going out but sometimes I also like staying in and value solitude. I don’t have pets or children, I am a non-smoker and only drink socially. Having lived in apartments with roommates in the past, I pride myself on being considerate in shared spaces. I’m a clean and organized person, cleaning up as I go, and rarely leave dishes overnight in the sink. Naturally, I’m a night owl but I’ve had to adapt to the 9a -5p lifestyle.
