This is a one bedroom and a bathroom with shower/tub available now! Looking to rent to someone who dose not mind cooking some and helping around the home there’s a hospital down the street from us so just say that in case you maybe a traveling nurse or something we’ve got shopping centers and other things with in a few miles of us I also have a furnished bedroom available as well with a bathroom your pick the bedroom downstairs has a full living room area that your welcome to I’m upstairs and have a living area upstairs then the other bedrooom is upstairs and you’d be welcome to use the living area up or down whatever your comfortable with! We are a fun and clean safe place for someone and being clean and making sure you pick up after yourself in conman area is a must what you do in your bedroom and bath are up to you but just wanted to say we do clean up after are self’s around here and I would ask the same of the person we do not smoke in the home smoking if you do can be done outside we’ve got a large back area as well as a front porch or the garage is always open when it’s cold! RENT IS INCLUDED WITH ALL BILLS I PAY LES BLACK HILLS INTERNET AND EVERY OTHER BILL YOU JUST PAY RENT FOR THE ROOM
