My fiancé and I are looking for an extra roommate. Must be lgbt friendly and must be okay with cats. This is a two bedroom 2 bathroom townhouse. Must have reliable transportation and a job. The extra bedroom will be yours and this bathroom is shared. Bedrooms are upstairs and the shared living spaces will be downstairs. There is a back porch for you to smoke on (if that’s your thing) no smoking in the house. Everything is included in the rent (trash, water, internet, electric, sewer etc) we already have two cats and we prefer someone without any other pets or kids

We are two women who live here and have been here for a little bit now. Very nice and quiet community. Parks and recreation centers nearby. Right next to the downtown area. The neighbors are very chill and quiet. There are also coffee shops nearby as well. My spouse smokes cigarettes but only outdoors. She’s a Pisces and I’m an Aries. Very open minded and clean home. I’m a stickler for people who clean.
