Camino De La Reina

My wife and I are renting out our spare bedroom which will be available January 22nd, 2023. Our apartment is in Mission Valley which is at the heart of San Diego and is a short drive from downtown, the airport, and most beaches and parks. There are plenty of restaurants, bars, and grocery stores within walking distance including malls/shops like Fashion Valley and Westfield mall. Additionally, the trolley station is a short walk away.

In addition to getting your own furnished bedroom, you will get your own reserved parking spot, walk-in closet, and your own private bathroom. The kitchen and living room are both shared. The washer and dryer is in-unit, and the apartment has a gym, swimming pool, jacuzzi, grilling area, and a beautiful walking path by the San Diego river. Rent is $1,500 a month not including utilities.

We are looking for a female student or professional that is quiet, clean, and has no pets; we already have a dog and he is very friendly. The ideal candidate would easy to get along with, and won’t have any overnight guests or parties. Additional details are:
