Newell Avenue

I have a 1 bedroom with a full size bed with a futon and small dresser and closet. If you have your own items you’d like to use things can be moved to the basement or if you need some storage the basement is available. Washer and dryer available. Shared bathroom with a nice closet size for your towels and products. Shared kitchen with some grocery storage with a dishwasher. I’m usually in the living room. Unfortunately I do not have internet. I use my Hotspot. I have a nice fenced in yard with a patio and covered front porch. I do not drink or party or smoke cigarettes. No smoking or drinking in the house. You can smoke outside. I do have two small dogs. Street parking only. I stay to myself for the most part. Cone and go as you please. I like to limmit the amount of people at my home due to safety reasons. I I’ve across from akron metro park. It’s a beautiful park with trails and sledding in the winter. You have have an indoor or outdoor parties there. Tables and grills throughout the park. Great place to enjoy your day or go for a jog.

I am 14 years sober and that is very important to me. I have my pups. Farley is 14 years old and blind. He gets around pretty well. He’s about 12lbs and independent but can be living for a few minutes and then he goes back to his bed lol Lola just turned 5 and she’s morkie and she is 9lbs very shy. I do work 5 days a weeks. I love my neighborhood and my neighbors. Not a lot of drama and safe that’s the way we would like to keep it :)
