Nas's room

Hi there, I am looking for a roommate or a room. Currently I am living in a 2 bedroom bachelors duplex (small apartment) with ancient plumbing. I pay $925/month but since I just started full time working I could afford to move somewhere with a better working plumbing system. I am looking for my own room and own bathroom and would be open to sharing a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom place. You must be okay with my chihuahua she is 10 years old.

Currently I am just one 37 year old with a middle age chihuahua. I work full time as a teacher. I expect to pay $50-$100/month for utilities. I’m conventional about my own sleeping hours so I usually wake up early mornings. I am not a loud person but I do practice keyboard on low volume. I eat vegan food so if you are vegan, that’s a plus but it’s not a requirement. I’m easy going, respectful and tidy.
