Hi everyone! I am looking for someone to take over my lease around mid February up to September 16, 2023. I am leaving because of a job promotion and relocation needed.

In order to do so, you would apply through the office electronically, and pay a $100 app fee per person (over age of 18), and a $250 lease takeover fee. You would be screened for credit, rental history, and criminal history, and have to provide income documents showing you make 3 times the base rent in gross household monthly income. My initial security deposit would roll over to you, meaning that at the end of the lease, you would earn an extra $1,387. $1,387 is the price of my rent without taxes and fees. Usually, with water and everything coming together, I pay no more than $1,550. The apartment complex is called Residence at Brookline, and I never had any issues with them! They are very quick at responding to any type of maintenance request and very nice.

I have always kept my apartment clean and the carpet has recently been changed. The property members are very nice and I’ve always had good experience with anyone I was meeting. 😁
