Shigeka's room

I am renting out my room in a 3bedroom 2bath apartment in Astoria, NY. There are two male roommates, one who works from home and other who doesn’t. Both are responsible and I hardly see them or when I do we talk and catch up for a little bit and go out ways. One of the guys is planning to get a cat but it will be in his room and the litter box as well. We have a gym with beautiful views of Manhattan. We also have a bike storage car garage and a fully equipped gym. It’s right by the water and I love going for walks anytime of the day! About the roomies

Two males. Super nice super chill & busy with work tbh. You would share the half bath with one or the guys but I haven’t had a problem with him. I love that he puts the toilet seat down lol!! He does work from home but he also goes down to our workspace or a cafe so there is a balance there. The other roommate commutes and comes homes later and leaves early.
