We have an opening for a 1B1Ba in a La Loma apartment for Feb - June 2023! The place is about a 5 minute walk from UCSB, and a designated on-site parking spot will be included at no cost. You’ll also be nearby a bus stop, and outside noise is noticeably minimal. An earlier start date can be arranged if in a rush.
About the roomies
You’ll be sharing a room with two male UCSB students. Both are quite friendly and studious, and noise will definitely not be an issue. I’ve lived with them for a while and would definitely recommend them as roommates!
