Colleen's room

Must love dogs! Lovely Master Suite with a small office area, hallway, walk in closet and large attached bathroom. Also features an ocean/sunset view and balcony. Located in a gated community in San Clemente. The space is large, furnished and features an extra large walk-in closet, sunken tub, dark wood floors, a built in tv (with surround sound) gas fireplace any more. Located upstairs in a large home shared with one other female and her large dogs. Occasional help with the dogs would be a big bonus :) NOTE: Kitchen access is limited but past roomies have set up a decent kitchen in the suite, (there is a large hallway with a long cabinet that has storage above and below for dishes, mini-oven, air fryer, food, etc). The room includes a small but full size refrigerator + microwave and the bathroom has two sinks (one for you, one for your “kitchen” sink). It’s worked well for past roomies as long as you don’t enjoy gourmet cooking.

Home owner is older female with three large dogs (they never go upstairs) and resides downstairs.
