*Private bedroom and private bathroom on 1st floor. Living room, kitchen, and all other bedrooms on 2nd and 3rd floor so you will have 1st floor to yourself. Only accepting female roomies as the other roomies here are all female.

The Shoppes of Chino Hills, Harkin Theater, and Chino Hills State Park just a 5 minute drive away! Chaffey College, Cal Poly College and Mt Sac Antonio College close by!

1st floor: has one bedroom, one full bathroom, and garage.

2nd floor: has large kitchen and living room! Kitchen has walk in pantry, refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, and lots of cupboards for storage.

3rd floor: has three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and laundry room with washer and dryer!

You will have access to…. High speed WiFi, kitchen, living room, laundry room, and garage. Storage is available in garage for any storage items you may have.

*Cost of utilities will be split between you and your 2 roomies: -WiFi is $40, to be split amongst roomies -Trash is $25, to be split amongst roomies -Water, Electricity, and Gas varies depending on usage. This has been averaging $125-$150 per roomie per month for total cost of utilities.
