3 Bedroom, 2 Bath. Utilities are included, Wifi, and a shared washer/dryer. Parking is available. The house is newly renovated and it is located in a quiet area in Lithia Springs. It’s 25 minutes from Atlanta, 13 min from the nearest hospital, 6 min from Kroger, and many shopping areas.

It is just me and my husband with our dog. Our dog is very friendly so you Must be comfortable with dogs! No other pets will be allowed at this time. We are pretty chill but we like to be consistent with housekeeping, this is a requirement and we are not lenient. No guests are allowed for overnight stay. For any visit, you must inform first.

Currently, we are looking for a long-time roomie to occupy 1 room. The monthly rent for one room/ shared bath is $750 including utilities. Proof of income and First months rent required.
