Amazing private 2-bedroom suite with its own bathroom with jacuzzi in the Hamilton Area of Novato, a 2-minute walk from the commuter rail and access to the 101, hiking trails out the back yard, and wine country just down the road. The 2 rooms are available in the downstairs suite in a 4 bed 5 bath single family home. This suite has a separate door with a lock for privacy.

We bought this house earlier this year and we are looking for some great housemates to fill the space. Our family is really open to anyone who is easygoing, clean, and respectful.
