Looking for a room in the Spring area? The home is located in a safe, gated neighborhood in Spring. The space I am renting includes a furnished upstairs bedroom with private ensuite bathroom. Also included is the large loft space outside the bedroom. Shared or common spaces include: kitchen, living room, back patio and laundry room. Utilities included! I am willing to negotiate on price for someone who is the right fit.

I live in the home with my 7 year old son and our small dog. No other roommates present.
