In a small but convenient area of town with postal office, deli market, family dollar, restaurants, laundromat within blocks of property. NJ Transit train about a 10 minute walk away, buses 94L, 58, 113S and 113N are within a short walking distance as well. Room is contracted as a month-to-month lease. I am a military disabled veteran, college grad, and 20-year professional chef in the food and hospitality industry. I have one cat and one roommate training at a professional wrestling school. My home is spacious, clean, organized, and peaceful. I like to keep it that way. I like roommates who are clean, independent and responsible. To be clear, the price for the room is for a single occupant. If you are inquiring about the room as a couple or as two or more people, I cannot charge you the same price as a single occupant.
