Absolutely no smoking inside. Smoking is permitted outside as long as you clean up after yourself.

I am a middle aged widow. My young adult son lives with me. We have a small Yorkshire Terrier. Common area, backyard, and pool are welcome to be used by tenant. Must be a clean and tidy person. A small dog is allowed for $50.00 extra a month upon meeting and making sure our dog and your dog are a good fit. Prefer a hypoallergenic friendly breed. Everyone’s privacy is respected.
