I’m looking for 2 roommates for a 3 Bedroom apartment in Hoboken. Beautiful brownstone, top floor of 5 floor walk-up. It’s a great apartment; renovated kitchen and baths; washer/dryer; central air. Large common area. Two rooms available; either for two roommates together or singly for each. Bedroom with loft area and private bath is $1,300. Second level bedroom has skylight and own half-bath and shares full bathroom with me, at $1,500. Shared utilities (~50/month). Well cared for building; responsive landlord. Available February 1. Security deposit is 1.5 Month’s rent.

I’m 27 and work in media as a Revenue Analyst. I typically go into the office 2-3 days a week. Super laid back, down for drinks, brunch, all of it.
