Floors are wood. Kitchen and bathroom are tile. It’s a first floor unit. You’ll have to park on the street.

I work a day shift with the weekends off. I’d prefer a roomate that works a nightshift with different days off.

This is a month to month agreement. I need the first and last month plus the security deposit upfront.

I spend quite a bit of time in the living room for gaming. Friends come over for DND or watch parties that normally run early into the morning.

I cook at odd hours and I snore. Just don’t want it to be a surprise. I can not take pets, smokers, drug addicts, or alcoholics. Thank you.
