Private room in an individual house located in a great neighborhood with 10/10 school district. Shared bathroom, shared living area, kitchen, washer/dryer. Comes with a huge backyard. I have three rooms upstairs for rent. It goes $800/room. Preferable for single female, no kids and pets. Including all the utilities and Home security system. Month to month contract. I will take care of the house cleaning monthly once all the rooms are occupied.

I am a single mom of 10 and 8 year old. We have a pet dog. We will be living downstairs.
