-$1,550/month + utilities/wifi ~$100/month

-Free street parking or covered garage parking $130/month

-Lease ends 9/4/2023 looking to resign at that time

-The building admin will need to verify income before allowing a move in

-Pics are from when I moved in this fall, there are kitchen materials, currently working on replacing living room furniture

-Balcony and in-unit washer dryer!!!

-Building has: gym, pool, hot tub (year long usage), sky deck, offices, printers, etc

Building is above a Trader Joe’s and across the street from so many bars and restaurants!!

Looking for someone that’s close to my age, kind, clean, likes to have fun and try to keep the electric bill low lol! I’m in the office Monday-Friday and otherwise I love being around people and outside. Down for movie nights and going out to explore. I do like to have friends over, but it’s not constant. I will be the only person living here! I’m 25 and originally from Boston. I love being outside and around friends :) I like to keep clean and organized. When I come home after work, I usually like to pop on some Netflix and have some relaxation time. On the weekends I like to be out and about at parks during the day, bars at night. Looking for a roomie with a similar lifestyle!!!
