Yes I have a spare bedroom with a full bath that I am looking to rent out to the right individual. The bathroom has been remodeled and the room its self has had a ceiling fan as well as a closet and nooks storage added to the room. the room is at the opposite side of the house from the other bedroom and over looks the pool area. There is storage in the garage as well as the garage for parking as long as your vehicle is to size. A/C was installed in 2022 summer. Utilities that are shared is gas and electric only. The perks of living here would be close to downtown Littleton, the light rail, next to Santa Fe, numerous trails, on a golf course, pool access in the summer, great neighbors, and a quite area. Downside is no pets allowed, no parties as walls are shared with neighbors. No smoking inside the unit.
