Mia's room

Clean room for rent! New floors, freshly painted walls, closet and window in room. Doors have locks and you will be sharing your bathroom with one of our current tenants. We have a fully equipped kitchen, 2 living rooms with TVs, a full bar, a brand new grill and gym equipment in the garage. 420 friendly in the garage or outside only - please no smoking inside bedroom. Plenty of street parking, there always spots available. Gated front and back yard. Washer and dryer in unit & utilities are NOT included, but we split them equally among roomies so you’ll only have to pay 1/4 of the bill and they usually come out to be reasonably priced.

My boyfriend and I share the master bedroom and his male cousin rents out the other room - 3 rooms total (1 female & 2 males). You’ll be sharing the bathroom with him. We love to cook and hangout in shared spaces. 420 very friendly! We also have a beautiful pitbull named Chelsea who loves people but isn’t used to being around other animals so please no pets. Guests are welcome as long as they are not living here as well.
