I have a bedroom and shared bath available for rent in my three-bedroom home in a quiet, gated community in sunny Homestead, just north of Key Largo. The house is equipped with everything – washer/dryer; A/C; garage/parking; patio; eat-in kitchen with all working appliances; cable, high-speed internet and a large flat-screen TV. I’m located right across the street from the clubhouse, with a pool and hot tub, exercise facilities, billiards and ping pong, and activities for seniors. The community is equipped with 24/7 onsite security. The room will be furnished. Cable and internet are included in the rent.

I am located down the street from Publix and several pharmacies, as well as direct access to the Turnpike. The location is also near Homestead Hospital and other healthcare facilities, as well as new restaurants and quick service restaurants.

Looking for a single senior who is thoughtful, clean, self-sufficient, and generally quiet, to rent the room and share common spaces. I am also a single senior, male, who recently moved down from Boynton. I do have a cat who stays very close to me, but no other pets will be accepted at this time.
