Kelly's room

I currently live in an apartment complex that I love. I’m in a 1 bed unit but wanting to move to two bed/2 bath. One bedroom has a shower and walk in closet. Other bedroom has full bath tub but smaller closets. No sharing showers! Spaces are designed well, roughly equal and the building was built in last 3 years. Access to hot tub, 24/7 gym, AC, in unit washer/dryer, dog washing station, dog run, secure package storage, free coffee machine in lobby. Utilities not included but I am guessing it’ll be about $150 total/$75 ea. (including internet). Parking extra. I can transfer at any time from my 1 bed to available 2 beds. Building is 1 minute walk to RTD train station, Lakewood bike trails, 5 mins drive to Edgewater/Sloan’s lake, 2 stops from a walkable grocery store. Get to Union Station safely in under 20 mins! You can live car-less here.

It’s just me and my sweet, 4 yr old golden retriever Lasso! Open to another dog but there’s a 2 dog limit; need to get along with Lasso. I’m allergic to cats, that’s a deal breaker. I am a 33 yrs old Business Analyst in tech. I have lived alone for the better part of a decade but miss living with another person. Looking mature, responsible roommate with stable employment history and income. You’d need to be approved/ pass the apartment’s background check. I am a little sensitive to noise (not looking for someone with a subwoofer), considerate with guests and TV etc, quiet after 10pm. Non-smokers only! I keep common area as clean as possible at all times. I have my own Crate & Barrel sofa so I’d be keeping that for common area.
