Room is spacious and has it’s own bathroom and walk-in closet. 200ft away from grocery store and gym, plenty of street parking.

The best feature of the place is that it’s naturally cool during the summer. When it’s 95 outside it’s 70 inside. During the winter the place is quite cold, so keep that mind if it’s something you’re sensitive to!

Carport available which we will share, swapping monthly. Water included, we will split electricity and internet, which generally runs an extra $100 a month. Common area stuff is obviously shared, with 50/50 for all of the storage cabinets and fridge space.

Before you message: 700 credit score is mandatory per the leasing company. You would be taking over the lease for my current roommate which ends on 3/31/24, at which time there will be the opportunity to renew for another year at likely a slightly higher monthly rate. The total rent is currently $2250, the share for the master is higher because the space is almost double that of the 2nd bedroom I live in. No pets, sorry!
